Svitla Systems, Inc. is seeking an Eligibility and Accumulator Analyst to support data processing, analysis, and reporting for a pharmacy analytics client. You will handle data processing tasks, respond to incidents, and help automate monitoring while verifying every file received and sent for accuracy.

The role requires strong healthcare domain experience, SQL proficiency, and attention to data quality, with an emphasis on collaboration and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in Healthcare domain is required.
• 4+ years in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Proficient in SQL (Moderate to Advanced).
• Familiarity with reviewing complex Python notebooks.
• Strong data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with medical/pharmacy claims processing, eligibility structure, and accumulators.
• Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, PHI/PII data controls.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Process and analyze data for eligibility and accumulator tasks.
• Provide technical support for customers, troubleshooting issues and escalations.
• Monitor inbound and outbound file exchanges and data quality.
• Execute SQL queries to retrieve/update data in relational databases.
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends and root causes.
• Document data processing workflows and analysis procedures.
• Escalate issues and drive timely resolutions with the technical team.
• Collaborate with team to meet project requirements.
• Support testing of new configurations.
