Job summary

Outlier is seeking QA Coders to help make AI models smarter by reviewing AI-generated code and scoring model responses. This is a 1099 freelance role with flexible hours, remote from anywhere in eligible countries. You’ll join a global team with strong support and performance incentives.

Ideal candidates have a CS degree or higher, live production code experience, and excellent written and spoken English. Training and onboarding are provided, with opportunities to earn additional incentives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code for errors and quality.
• Rate and rank model responses on accuracy and instruction following.
• Write clear computer science prompts to challenge AI models.
