Outlier is seeking a QA Coder to review AI-generated code and rate model responses. You will craft clear prompts and contribute to evaluating code quality, helping train AI models used to generate and debug code.

Ideal candidates hold a CS degree and have hands-on software engineering experience with live production codebases, plus strong English communication and meticulous attention to detail. This is a remote, LatAm-wide contract role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.
