Job summary

Terac is seeking a Growth Strategist for a fully remote, LATAM-based contractor role. You will own client accounts end-to-end, writing brand messaging drafted in Claude, and managing SEO, social, and paid media directly, including conversion tracking and ad account structure.

You’ll build processes, convert repeat tasks into Claude workflows, and collaborate across time zones. A strong portfolio and near-native English are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in an agency or private practice.
• Proven ability to manage full client accounts end-to-end.
• Strong copywriting and brand messaging skills for diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and set up sites, tracking and channels within two weeks.
• Lead brand messaging, location pages, and client updates, drafting in Claude and editing.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on with direct ad account structure responsibilities.
• Structure multi-location accounts so location data is clear and comparable.
• Develop Claude-driven workflows to automate routine tasks.
