Outlier offers a remote program for LatAm's best software engineers to help train AI models by reviewing and rating AI-generated code. Work is open to Latin America and conducted from a remote setting.

As a QA Coder, you will review code, rate model responses on accuracy and presentation, and write CS questions to push the models’ coding abilities. Requires CS degree, production code experience, English fluency, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase for a technology company.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve output.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts that challenge AI models and push coding capabilities.
