Outlier is building a remote program for LatAm's best software engineers. As a QA Coder, you review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft clear computer science prompts to push AI capabilities.

This is a 1099 contract opportunity on Outlier.ai platform, open to Argentina and other LATAM countries. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Computer Science, production-grade software experience, and excellent written/spoken English with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science completed from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions—accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write computer science questions and prompts to challenge AI models.
