Azumo is seeking a curious and motivated AI-powered Marketing Semi Senior Assistant to join the marketing team. This fully remote role across Latin America collaborates with marketing, sales, and leadership to grow the Azumo brand using AI tools.

You will learn the business, create content, publish and measure results, and continuously improve iterations with strong judgment and audience focus.

Qualifications

• Expert-level English proficiency, written and spoken.
• 3+ years hands-on marketing experience with generative AI tools.
• Strong marketing fundamentals and content creation for social channels.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Reddit.
• Understanding of marketing data, KPIs, and reporting.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and critical AI content review.

Responsibilities

• Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools daily for research, content creation, design, and analysis.
• Create content for LinkedIn and other social channels: posts, graphics, carousels, and short videos with AI visuals.
• Write and improve articles, case studies, newsletters, presentations, and landing pages.
• Work on GEO and AEO to improve visibility in AI search platforms.
• Track competitors' presence in search and identify content gaps for new ideas.
• Prepare marketing reports on traffic, social media, campaigns, leads and conversions.

Azumo is looking for a curious and motivated AI-Powered Marketing Semi Senior Assistant to join our marketing team and help grow the Azumo brand. The role is fully remote across Latin America, aligned to your working day.

This is a hands-on role where you'll learn our business and market while using ChatGPT, Claude,and other AI tools to create content, grow our social media, improve our visibility in AI search,and measure results.

You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams and have access to leading paid AI, marketing, content, analytics, and creative tools

You should be comfortable researching a topic, creating the content and visuals, publishing or launching the work, measuring the results, and improving the next iteration. • Track how Azumo and its competitors appear in search and turn content gaps into new ideas
• Prepare marketing reports on traffic, social media, campaigns, leads, and conversions
• Spot repetitive tasks that can be automated
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams, including updates to Azumo's website

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

• Expert-level English proficiency, both written and conversational
• 3+ years of hands‑on marketing experience, including practical use of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in your day-to-day work
• Good understanding of marketing fundamentals
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn and other social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Reddit, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of marketing data, KPIs, and reporting
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a critical eye to improve AI-generated content before it's published

Other Qualifications

• Interest in evaluating marketing ideas and connecting them to business results
• Experience using AI tools for design, video production, or marketing operations
• Knowledge of HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, or Search Console
• Familiarity with SEO, GEO, AEO, and AI search
• Exposure to paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads)
• Ability to organize your work in a remote environmentInterest in AI workflows and marketing automations
