Asapp, Inc. is hiring a Research & Strategy Analyst for a performance marketing agency, with fully remote work across LATAM.

You will own research, data and draft deliverables for engagements, building first-draft reports and strategic documents from briefs. You will conduct market and competitive research, audit marketing experiences, analyze third-party data, manage timelines, and QA deliverables before leadership review.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, research or agency environments.
• Strong written English; able to produce structured reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling data from third-party research platforms/databases.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Able to synthesize findings from multiple sources into clear, actionable summaries.
• Highly organized and self-directed; can manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.

• Conduct market and competitive research across client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences: websites, email, and inquiry flows.
• Pull and analyze data from third-party research platforms to support audience segmentation and market sizing.
• Build first-draft reports and strategic documents from research briefs and templates.
• Manage timelines across multiple engagements, coordinating inputs from internal teams.
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before leadership review.
