Yo Ai Labs is seeking a Market Research Analyst to own research, data, and drafts for engagement success. You will drive end-to-end research processes for a portfolio of clients, delivering structured analyses and strategic insights.

The role emphasizes data-driven segmentation, market sizing, and high-quality reports, with fully remote work across LATAM and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, research, or an agency environment.
• Strong written English, comfortable producing structured, professional reports and presentations.
• Experience pulling and working with data from third‑party research platforms or databases.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Comfortable synthesizing findings from multiple sources into clear, actionable summaries.
• Highly organized and self‑directed, able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines without close supervision.
• Proficient in Google Slides, PowerPoint, or an equivalent presentation tool.

Responsabilités

• Conduct market and competitive research across a portfolio of client engagements.
• Audit client and competitor marketing experiences: websites, email, and inquiry flows.
• Pull and analyze data from third‑party research platforms to support audience segmentation and market sizing.
• Build first‑draft reports and strategic documents from research briefs and defined templates.
• Manage timelines across multiple concurrent engagements, coordinating inputs from internal teams.
• QA every deliverable for accuracy, formatting, and completeness before it reaches leadership.
