BruntWork seeks an innovative AI Graphic Designer (Adobe Creative Suite) to lead generative AI workflow-driven production of lifestyle imagery and e-commerce assets. You will combine traditional design with AI models and photography to deliver high-converting assets for Shopify, Amazon, and more, refining outputs in Photoshop/Illustrator for production-ready delivery.

Remote role operating on US Eastern Time, 40 hours/week, with a focus on repeatable AI workflows and creative automation, testing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design or digital creative experience
• Portfolio showing e-commerce, product visuals, AI-enhanced assets
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator for retouching and compositing
• Strong prompting techniques and AI-assisted workflows

Responsibilities

• AI-driven creative production for lifestyle imagery and ad assets
• Design high-converting graphics for e-commerce platforms
• Develop reusable AI prompts and automated templates
• Retouch and composite AI outputs into production-ready assets
• Test and iterate visuals based on performance feedback
• Guide production artists on file prep and quality assurance
• Explore new AI tools to improve speed and quality
