Job summary

Alignerr is seeking AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to evaluate AI-generated content against real-world standards of safety, fairness, and ethical integrity. No background in AI or policy is required—just sharp judgment, clear communication, and a genuine interest in how AI should behave.

This remote hourly contract offers flexible, asynchronous work with 10-40 hours per week. You will review outputs, classify compliance, and provide structured feedback to help shape responsible AI

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards.
• Classify outputs based on accuracy, bias, and appropriateness.
• Identify content that could be harmful or misaligned with policy guidelines.
• Write clear feedback explaining reasoning and flag issues.
• Work across diverse topics and real-world scenarios.
• Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
