Job summary

Alignerr is seeking detail-oriented freelancers to review AI outputs across text, image, and structured data formats. You’ll rate responses using rubrics and provide clear feedback to guide model training and refinement.

This is a fully remote, hourly contract where you choose your hours and contribute 10–40 hours per week. Strong writing in English and the ability to work independently are essential.

• Review AI-generated responses across a variety of content types and topics for factual accuracy, relevance, and quality
• Rate outputs using structured rubrics and clear evaluation guidelines
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Provide clear, well-documented feedback that guides model training and refinement
• Work asynchronously on your own schedule across diverse subject areas

Who You Are

• Strong attention to detail with a natural eye for quality and consistency
• Comfortable reading, evaluating, and critiquing written content across a range of topics
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision
• Clear and concise written communication skills in English
• Reliable with the ability to meet deadlines on task-based assignments
• No prior AI or technical experience required — if you think critically and write well, you're a great fit
