Alignerr is seeking AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to evaluate AI-generated content against real-world standards of safety, fairness, and ethical integrity. No background in AI or policy is required—just sharp judgment, clear communication, and a genuine interest in how AI should behave.

This remote hourly contract offers flexible, asynchronous work with 10-40 hours per week. You will review outputs, classify compliance, and provide structured feedback to help shape responsible AI

About The Role

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards
• Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and appropriateness
• Identify content that could be harmful, misleading, or in violation of policy guidelines
• Write clear, structured feedback explaining your reasoning and flagging issues
• Work across a diverse range of topics, content types, and real-world scenarios
• Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• A strong critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced, complex content objectively

• No prior experience in AI, ethics, or policy required
