Job summary

Bold Business is seeking experienced Technical Writers / Editors to evaluate and improve AI-generated content for a customer project. You will assess AI responses for clarity, tone, accuracy, and usefulness, providing scores and actionable feedback while applying strong editorial judgment.

Remote, contractor role with asynchronous collaboration with project managers. Prior AI experience is not required, and you will contribute to refining instruction quality and model outputs.

Qualifications

• Native-level English with excellent written communication.
• Experience in technical writing, editing, or content evaluation.
• Strong sense of clarity, tone, structure, coherence, and instructional content.
• Familiarity with digital content review or evaluation platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with AI systems or model evaluation is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses against prompts for quality and instruction adherence.
• Assess clarity, tone, accuracy, coherence and usefulness of outputs.
• Provide scores, rationales, and actionable feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve AI-generated content quality and instructional value.
• Apply editorial judgement to distinguish subtleties in writing quality.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in documenting findings.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and reviewers.
• Apply advanced written English and critical analysis throughout the evaluation process.
