Alignerr is seeking a Software Engineer (AI Training) to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code from Mendoza. This fully remote contract role focuses on hands-on engineering to train AI systems to think like real developers.

You’ll write solutions, review AI outputs, and provide expert feedback. Flexible hours, 10–40 hours/week, and the chance to influence how AI writes and reasons about code in real projects.

Formación

• Proficient in at least one programming language and able to read/write and reason about code clearly.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with systematic approach.
• Able to explain technical decisions in plain language.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining why code works or not.
• Design coding prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Rank AI-generated solutions by engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously with a flexible schedule.
