Backblaze is seeking an AI Workflow Engineer to prototype, build, and ship AI-powered workflow solutions embedded in non-technical business teams. The role focuses on practical implementation, not research, delivering usable automation across Finance, HR, Legal, and Marketing Ops.

You will create prompt architectures, automation flows, lightweight agents, and API integrations, ensuring rapid delivery with industry-best rigor.

Formación

• Proven hands-on AI and automation experience.
• Ability to design practical AI workflows for business teams.
• Comfort with both no-code and code-based tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship AI-driven workflow solutions for non-GTM and non-Engineering teams.
• Prototype quickly and iterate based on real usage and feedback.
• Create clear technical designs from workflow assessments and own delivery to production.
• Document workflows for handoff, audits, and ongoing improvements.
