Talan Group is looking for an AI-Assisted Java Code Analyst based in Argentina. In this role, you'll participate in designing software solutions, optimizing code using AI tools, and collaborating with engineering teams. We are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience and skills in Java, Spring Boot, and AI tools.

This remote position offers the opportunity to work on international projects as part of a multicultural team, along with a long-term freelance contract.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years as a developer in Java and Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of AI-powered tools for code analysis.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and review Java/Spring Boot applications for quality.
• Document solutions in JIRA, Confluence, and ALM.
• Collaborate with teams to identify and fix performance bottlenecks.
• Support best practices in backend and frontend development.
