Qualifications

8+ years of software/backend experience.
5+ years with Python, building production-grade backends.
Strong Java experience.
Experience with AI/LLM-based development in production.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production.
Understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous processing.
Experience with databases, queues, and data pipelines.
Ownership mindset in startups.
Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services with Java and Python.
Develop distributed systems with databases, APIs, message queues, and data pipelines.
Own features and services through design, implementation, and monitoring.
Build production-ready systems with reliability and performance.
Collaborate with product and engineering to translate requirements into solutions.
Improve performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while ensuring quality.
Participate in architectural discussions and key technical decisions.
Improve development processes, tooling, and engineering standards.
