Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
• Proven experience managing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads), TikTok, Google etc.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimizations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies to achieve client objectives
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define campaign goals, target audiences, and messaging
• Create and manage ad campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creative development, and budget allocation
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to ensure they meet or exceed KPIs
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continually improve campaign performance
• Provide regular reporting and insights to clients on campaign performance and recommendations for optimization
