ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop key business networks to build long-term relationships with existing, and former customers;
  • Collaborate closely with Partnership Directors, Delivery Managers, and the Executive team to achieve team goals;
  • Create content to drive sales conversions;
  • Run multichannel campaigns targeting warm contacts;
  • Assist Partnership Directors, Delivery managers, and the Executive team with business trip planning;
  • Maintain the customer database (CRM).

MUST HAVES

  • Excellent written skills in English;
  • Experience in copywriting, and campaign preparation (creating custom personalized messages, articles/research, script writing, etc.);
  • 1+ year of experience in Marketing, Business Development, and/or Sales Development, or Operations;
  • High attention to detail—you’ll be handling a lot of important data;
  • A sense of ownership for tasks and results;
  • Strong self-organization and independence;
  • Eagerness to learn and continuously grow;
  • Experience with G.Suite and Linkedin.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with CRM systems (ideal but not crucial Zoho CRM);
  • Understanding of the IT industry and key trends.
