What you’ll create and do
Responsibilities
- As an Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Act as the first point of contact for the Relationship Checking team, answering questions from business users primarily through email and chat.
- Input and prioritize requests based on multiple criteria, such as clients’ needs, existing workload, and resources available.
- Guide business users through the submission process and answer questions about report results and next steps.
- Negotiate timeframes appropriately.
- Escalate technical, client-based, or workload issues promptly.
- Work with several data repositories to receive, update, and process relationship check requests.
- Communicate effectively in English across all levels of the organization.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide outstanding client service.
- Recommend and support actions for the continuous improvement of processes or systems.
- Ensure all communications and information received are treated and maintained in the strictest confidence.
- Support the team with other activities, including running daily checks on the system, uploading documents, taking meeting notes, scheduling meetings, and filling out forms.
- Assist with special projects for the department as required.

- Relevant experience in a business, finance, or professional services firm supporting a fast-paced team.
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized, with an ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- Able to follow detailed procedural workflows.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (including Excel, Power Automate, Teams, SharePoint) and GenAI tools (such as CoPilot Agents, ChatPwC Assistants).
- Ability to understand and follow complex, repetitive procedures while thinking analytically to identify opportunities for process, productivity, or workflow improvements.
- Passionate about client service.
- Discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build and maintain relationships within the team and across all lines of service.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate in English clearly, promptly, and with integrity with all levels of staff and Partners.
Requirements:
- Availability to work during Eastern business hours.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Assets:
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Excel, Power Automate, SharePoint).
- English language proficiency certification.
- Knowledge of French is desired but not required for this role.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
- Proven experience with Salesforce and Alteryx.
- College diploma in business administration or library studies preferred.
