Job summary

WSP seeks a Software Asset Management Specialist to support the Latin America region. You will manage licensing requests end-to-end, interpret terms, and maintain entitlement records while coordinating renewals and optimizations.

Your role includes collaborating with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and external publishers to resolve licensing needs, ensure compliance, and drive cost efficiency in a high-volume, multi-vendor environment. English and Spanish fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals and license optimization.
• Ability to manage high-volume licensing requests and adapt to multiple publishers.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers and models.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimizations.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting.
