Job summary

CSS is seeking a Manager – Sales to provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve sales and profit goals within Argentina. You will design and implement sales and marketing programs and set short- and long-term sales strategies, managing a team and a single location with up to $50 million in revenue.

You will partner with Marketing, forecast sales volumes, and develop plans to expand product lines while ensuring strong customer relationships. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field preferred.
• 3+ years of professional sales experience in related industry.
• 1+ year managing staff or sales programs.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers sales plans to ensure quota attainment and customer satisfaction.
• Partners with Marketing to develop and implement sales programs.
• Forecasts and sets annual sales and gross profit plans and quotas.
• Leads and coaches sales staff, recruiting and training as needed.
• Maintains relationships with top customers and drives staff development.
