Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Regional Logistics Manager to lead and support logistics operations across multiple countries in Latin America. This role will serve as the regional logistics expert, driving process standardization, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will act as a key partner to local logistics managers, ensuring alignment with regional goals in cost efficiency, service quality, and compliance. This position is responsible for consolidating logistics knowledge, ensuring process excellence, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving standardization and efficiency across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the regional subject matter expert in logistics, advising local teams and leadership on best practices and market trends.
  • Centralize and manage logistics knowledge across the region, ensuring proper documentation and sharing of processes.
  • Oversee the execution of logistics operations, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regional regulations.
  • Lead the standardized implementation of new tools and systems, including TMS, SAP modules, and operational model changes.
  • Identify and drive initiatives to optimize cost, lead time, service levels, and sustainability.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights through executive-level reporting.
  • Coordinate and support digital transformation and automation projects within the regional supply chain.
  • Ensure alignment with global logistics and supply chain strategies.
  • Act as the primary logistics point of contact for audits, certifications, and compliance matters in the region.
  • Foster cross-country collaboration to share best practices and promote innovation.
  • Ensure process integrity and consistency across all logistics functions, from planning to final delivery.
Required Experience You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in regional or multi-country logistics, distribution, or supply chain roles.
  • Strong expertise in logistics operations (transportation, warehousing, last mile, import/export) and 3PL management.
  • Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma preferred).
  • Advanced analytical skills and hands-on experience with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Process-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving standardization.
Preferred Experiences and Skills
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is highly desirable
  • Portuguese is a plus.
