American Express is seeking a senior Benefit's Servicing lead within the Colleague Services organization, reporting to the Director, Americas Benefits Servicing. The role oversees health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs for the LAC region, driving end-to-end process improvements and collaborating across functions to enhance the colleague experience.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of ten years of HR operations, benefits administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of benefits and pension concepts in the LAC region.
• Experience leading end-to-end benefits administration in a multinational matrix environment.
• Experience with agile project management; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee health, wellness, and retirement benefits servicing across the LAC region.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts to deliver timely, accurate, and compliant benefits services.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and policies related to benefit programs.
• Lead and execute key business priorities and projects, including implementations and process improvements.
• Oversee vendor partners to ensure service quality and contracts.
• Establish and maintain SOPs and desk instructions for reliable service delivery.
• Maintain governance, controls, and performance metrics to mitigate risk.
• Act as SME and escalation point for complex benefit issues.
• Lead internal and external benefits administration audits and closure of action plans.
• Coordinate and track operational deliverables with stakeholders.
