Air Liquide is seeking a SSR Analyst to administer employee benefits for Colombia and Mexico, managing enrollments, changes, terminations, and inquiries. You will maintain benefits data in Workday and support benefits processes with accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires 2+ years in benefits administration, strong English skills, and experience with HRIS systems like Workday; intercultural collaboration is valued in this regional position.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree completed or advanced studies in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in employee benefits administration.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday), Excel and benefits platforms.
• Intercultural environment or regional exposure desirable.
• English advanced (B2/C1) required.

Responsabilidades

• Administer benefits programs for Colombia and Mexico including health insurance and retirement plans.
• Support enrollments, changes and terminations with accuracy and timeliness.
• Respond to employee inquiries and troubleshoot benefits/claims issues.
• Maintain benefits records in Workday and other systems.
• Process benefits transactions and beneficiary updates; support open enrollment.
