Chevron Argentina seeks a Benefits Administrator to manage vendor relationships, enrollments, and benefits communications for multinational client groups. This role requires delivering expert policy guidance, renewals, cost analysis, and compliance oversight with a focus on accuracy and timely execution.
You will analyze plans, coordinate enrollments, and support disability and leave processes while ensuring data integrity. English fluency and keen attention to detail are essential for success.
Manage vendor relationships and resolve escalated cases related to vendors, invoices, vendor performance, etc.
Offer expert counsel on policies and benefits, when necessary, especially in the absence of vendors.
Perform benefit and contract renewals, including performing analysis and proposing changes, to ensure they are competitive, compliant with regulations and cost-effective.
Coordinate and manage the enrollment process including the development and distribution of benefits communication.
Manage disability cases and support time and leave related activities including schedule determination and counsel.
Partner with vendors to host engaging onsite events.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
+3 years of previous experience in benefits administration, HR or related field.
Experience managing vendor relationships and resolving escalated issues.
Knowledge of relevant benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
Understanding of various employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate benefit plans and proposals.
Must be proficient in English.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing benefits data and processes.
Ability to resolve escalated issues and conflicts related to benefits administration.
Proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues before they escape.
Flexible shift when required to meet business needs.
Experience in supporting multinational client groups.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with global benefits platforms is a plus.
Relocation will not be considered.
