The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Reductions Specialist to negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens in personal injury cases. Join a leading plaintiff law firm dedicated to changing lives and delivering exceptional client service. You must be fluent in English and Spanish, with at least 2 years of related negotiation experience.

Litify experience is preferred. You will coordinate with clients, medical providers, and offices to resolve balances and support case closings

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years of recent personal injury reductions, liens, or medical bill negotiation experience.
• Experience handling hospital reductions and negotiating with medical providers and collection entities.
• Litigation law firm experience; Litify familiarity preferred.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, hospitals, and collection entities regarding reductions matters.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Litify.
• Prepare closing statements and related case documentation.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years of recent personal injury reductions, liens, or medical bill negotiation experience.
• Experience handling hospital reductions and negotiating directly with medical providers and collection entities.
• Experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm; Litify experience preferred.
