The Ward Law Group, PL is seeking an experienced Reductions Specialist to negotiate medical bills, provider balances, and liens and support the resolution of personal injury cases. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, and prior PI reductions or medical bill negotiation experience.

You will communicate with clients, medical providers, hospitals, and collection entities, maintain thorough Litify records, and prepare closing statements and case documentation, contributing to

• Minimum 2 years of recent personal injury reductions, liens, or medical bill negotiation experience.
• Experience handling hospital reductions and negotiating with medical providers and collection entities.
• Experience in a plaintiff personal injury law firm; Litify experience preferred.

• Communicate with clients, medical providers, hospitals, and collection entities regarding reductions matters.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Litify.
• Prepare closing statements and related case documentation.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years of recent personal injury reductions, liens, or medical bill negotiation experience.
• Experience handling hospital reductions and negotiating directly with medical providers and collection entities.
• Experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm; Litify experience preferred.
