Job Summary

The Recruiter works closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and meet recruitment goals. This role manages the full recruitment cycle, maintains a talent pipeline, and supports the implementation of hiring strategies. It also involves actively sourcing candidates through digital platforms. The position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with department managers to define job requirements and role expectations.
  • Create and publish job postings across relevant platforms.
  • Implement a variety of sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Review applications, facilitate interview processes, and manage job offers.
  • Maintain and update a robust candidate database.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with universities and academic institutions.
  • Organize and oversee internship programs and campus recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
  • With at least five (5) years of recruitment experience.
  • Proficient in productivity tools, database management, and online sourcing techniques.
  • Experienced in conducting interviews across various formats and willing to travel for recruitment events.
