The Recruiter works closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and meet recruitment goals. This role manages the full recruitment cycle, maintains a talent pipeline, and supports the implementation of hiring strategies. It also involves actively sourcing candidates through digital platforms. The position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
