You will implement IT control procedures, analyze access data, and coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure policy integrity and timely access provisioning.

The role emphasizes collaboration, clear reporting on KPIs, and continuous improvement of access management processes to enhance efficiency and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in access management, controls, or risk mitigation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English for written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Enhance, maintain, and sustain RBAC policies across CIB units with stakeholders.
• Perform IT control procedures within RBAC’s system of record.
• Conduct policy sustainment activities and implement enhancements.
• Act as main contact for assigned business units and guidance on policy upkeep.
• Analyze data for change requests and assess impact with stakeholders.
• Prepare clear reports for senior management and escalate risks.
• Continuously review access management processes for efficiency and compliance.
