Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Policy Architect to drive RBAC adoption and automation across CIB units. You will architect and enable automated access control policies aligned with job functions, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to use data for decision-making.

You will design policies, analyze access data, and lead training to ensure robust RBAC processes. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and measurable delivery against KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2+ years in access management, controls, risk mitigation, or related areas.
• Strong communication, clear explanation of complex concepts.
• Advanced Excel, with experience handling large data sets.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Advanced English for collaboration, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and automate RBAC policies across CIB, aligning with business needs.
• Analyze employee attributes and access data to group job functions and access patterns.
• Drive automated access adoption by partners and address application-specific challenges.
• Deliver training to business and technology stakeholders on RBAC processes and best practices.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned business units and manage project execution.
• Identify new opportunities to accelerate RBAC adoption and automation via data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare clear reports for senior management on progress, KPIs, risks and dependencies.
• Continuously review access management processes to improve efficiency and alignment.
