This pathway includes ONLY the Trainees / Interns / Apprentices (temporary assignment in Air Liquide) who are still identifying their perfect team fit within our Group Job framework. The objective is to be able to understand and foster the career paths where our Trainees / Interns / Apprentices are making a difference. • Assist in the collaborative functions of the department.
• Contribute to reviewing policies and procedures to help advance team standards.
• Provide supportive partnership to the team when required.
• Assist in conducting training, and support smaller projects as requested by the function/department.
• Provide support in various documentation and knowledge sharing.
