Job Summary:

The Compliance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring adherence to GMP and Quality standards and fostering a culture that enables the delivery of consistent, safe, and effective products at the San Luis Plant. This role manages the Positive Release of Finished Products and oversees the comprehensive documentation system for the site.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the release of finished products, ensuring all analytical, microbiological, and packaging data comply with established criteria.
  • Lead the internal and external audit programs, coordinating the resolution of audit findings and supporting all ESM and WH audits.
  • Manage the documentation process, including DMS/DTQ releases and ensuring all documents are updated in a timely manner.
  • Lead the Validation program, including new production lines and raw materials.
  • Coordinate compliance efforts with international regulations and oversee the Management of Change (MOC) process, ensuring task completion and effective follow-up.
  • Act as a mediator between departments for non-conformance management, driving decision-making and process improvement.
  • Support digitalization projects and foster the use of dashboards such as Sigma.
  • Demonstrate leadership and effectively manage team members.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management processes within the consumer goods industry.
  • Proven experience managing both internal and external (regulatory) audits and handling audit findings.
  • Demonstrated leadership and experience managing a team.
  • Advanced English proficiency (able to deliver presentations at a global level).
  • Proficient in Google Suite.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with the Minitab statistical software.
  • Experience supporting process digitalization and working with data dashboards.
  • Training in regulatory compliance for international markets.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, especially in non-conformance management.
