Avature is seeking a Cloud Engineer to maintain the resilience, availability, and reliability of our Linux-based on-prem and cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with multiple engineering teams across the globe and apply DevOps and SRE techniques to automate solutions.

The role includes working from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM ART, requires solid Linux admin skills, cloud platform experience, monitoring, networking, and Bash scripting. English proficiency and an interest in AI tools are important.

Formación

• Solid Linux system administration experience.
• Background on managing cloud-based platforms.
• Knowledge of monitoring systems, virtualization, web servers, networking, and other common IT services.
• Bash coding skills.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of security mechanisms for operating systems and cloud services.
• Genuine interest in DevOps, containerization, configuration management and infrastructure as code in general.
• Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate English skills.
• Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work and staying up to date with AI capabilities.

The Cloud Ops team is a key part of Cloud Services, the area in charge of our infrastructure. As Cloud Engineer, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the resilience, availability, and reliability of the sophisticated infrastructure our systems rely on.

Collaborating with teams from several engineering specializations, you’ll be in direct contact with the variety of operating systems, cloud technologies, and DevOps methodologies we use through the entire development pipeline, ensuring smooth operations all the way.

Your Challenges And Objectives
