SAP is seeking an intern (f/m/d) in Buenos Aires to support the Intelligent Contracting Automation team. You will monitor template uploads, track requests, and upload documents to the SAP Agreements Website while ensuring quality control and user support.

The role targets students in Business, Legal, Information Technology, or related fields with strong MS Office skills and English proficiency. Commitment about six months is expected.

Formación

• Current student enrolled in Business, Legal, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) required; experience with SAP ERP or Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
• Proficient in English (required).
• Good attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the template upload pipeline in our template management tool.
• Track and manage upload requests through our template management tool and JIRA.
• Upload documents to the SAP Agreements Website using our content management tool.
• Ensure exemplary document quality control for each upload.
• Help with end user support in case of issues with published templates.
• Contribute to making our tools and solutions more scalable and AI-based.
