AgileEngine is seeking a data engineer to build and optimize data pipelines, design Snowflake tables, and deliver analytics-ready models for stakeholders. You will create dashboards, improve observability, and collaborate across teams to drive data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes hands-on ETL development with Airflow and DBT, strong SQL and Python skills, and experience with AWS S3 and Tableau to deliver reliable business insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data modeling principles, preferably Kimball.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.
• Hands-on experience building ETL pipelines with Apache Airflow or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience using DBT for data transformation and testing.
• Experience consuming APIs and integrating data with Snowflake.
• Ability to develop simple Tableau dashboards.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD workflows for CI/CD.
• Familiarity with AWS services, especially S3.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
