AgileEngine is seeking a Data Engineer to build and optimize data pipelines, design Snowflake data models, and create dashboards that deliver actionable insights. You will implement ETL workflows with Airflow, use DBT for transformations, and integrate APIs, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in data modeling, strong SQL and Python skills, experience with Snowflake, and familiarity with AWS S3.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data modeling principles/methods, especially Kimball
• SQL proficiency with Snowflake or similar warehouses
• Python for data processing and automation
• Experience building ETL pipelines using Airflow or similar tools
• Hands-on experience using DBT for data transformation, modeling, testing
• Experience consuming APIs and integrating data with Snowflake
• Ability to develop simple Tableau dashboards
• Proficiency in GitLab CI/CD workflows
• Familiarity with AWS services, especially S3
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Innovative mindset to automate processes
• Ability to adapt to business needs and stakeholder requirements
