Job summary

Collective Residential is seeking a data reporting contractor to validate metrics and formulas in UDP, our BI platform, and to cross-reference figures against PMS data from Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, and Entrata. You will document discrepancies, track issues, and work with the UDP team to confirm fixes.

You will rebuild existing dashboards in UDP and roll out automated, scheduled deliveries while applying property management knowledge to judge data reasonableness.

Qualifications

• Experience validating metrics and formulas in a BI or reporting platform.
• Experience building reports or dashboards in a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in data.

Responsibilities

• Validate metrics, formulas, and calculated fields in UDP against source data.
• Cross-reference UDP figures with PMS data (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, Entrata).
• Identify discrepancies and document issues clearly for follow-up.
• Track known issues and maintain an issue log until resolution.
• Collaborate with the UDP team to communicate problems and fixes.
• Apply property management knowledge to assess data reasonableness.
• Rebuild dashboards in UDP and rollout automated deliveries.
• Support reporting design projects and visualize data effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company data per NDA.
