Monks is seeking a data-focused professional to join our data team in Buenos Aires. You will design, streamline, and manage dashboards, reports, and data products that translate complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.

You’ll backstop analytics and enable data-informed decisions across the company. The role involves maintaining data pipelines, creating visualizations for diverse audiences, and driving process improvements to increase the data function’s value.

Formación

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Finance or a related analytical field.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Looker Studio / Data Studio).
• Knowledge of a programming language such as Python, R, or JavaScript.
• Ability to translate data into compelling stories for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and autonomy.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Build, optimize, and maintain reports and dashboards that help teams evaluate project and business performance.
• Manage the data team backlog, acting as project manager for ongoing initiatives.
• Analyze large datasets to detect trends, identify anomalies, and surface actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to offer analytical support and guide data-informed decisions.
• Maintain and improve data pipelines using integration tools across multiple platforms.
• Develop and deliver clear data visualizations and spreadsheets tailored for different audiences.
• Monitor for data quality issues and proactively propose solutions.
• Drive process improvements that enhance the efficiency and value of the data function.
