Promotions Coordinator

Summary of the Position:
As a Promotion Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and coordination of promotional activities and campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences and drive revenue increase. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and creative thinking will contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives and the achievement of business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating promotional activities and cooperating with all involved internal departments and clients;
2. Active client consultancy on promotional activities and projects (verbal and written);
3. Organization and roll out of the promotional campaigns according to the clients’ requests;
4. Creativity and willingness to come up with new promotion concepts and ideas;
5. Produce and analyze promotional reports / cooperate with data team;
6. Constant evaluation of promotion campaigns in order to improve efficiency;
7. Conduct analysis of competitor activity with regards to Live Casino and Slots promotions;
8. Assisting the Promotions Manager with daily tasks;
9. Sourcing and procurement of studio decorations;
10. Creating studio decorations and interior design elements using various materials;
11. Decorating the gaming floors for special events;
12. Keeping track of inventory and maintaining order in storage spaces.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

1. Strong interest and passion for online casino and online gaming products.
2. Advanced English and Spanish (both spoken and written). Knowledge of Portuguese language will be considered an asset.
3. Previous experience in Promotions and/or marketing will be considered an advantage.
4. Good knowledge of MS Excel in addition to general computer skills.
5. Data-driven and detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Good multitasking & stress management skills.
7. Flexible hours.
