Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead projects end-to-end in a fully remote setup. You will forecast project needs, manage budgets and resources, and drive agile practices across multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes risk management, process adherence, and delivering value to clients while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with global teams, leverage APIs and data-driven approaches, and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile methodologies required.
• Knowledge of APIs and Web services.
• Understanding of data persistence (databases).
• Advanced algorithmic knowledge beneficial.
• Basic IT infrastructure understanding.
• Intermediate system design knowledge.
• Experience developing modules for real-world applications.
• Experience implementing unit testing in code.
• Advanced English level required.

• Create a forecast for the projects you are responsible for.
• Follow and control project management using agile methodologies.
