Impacto Talent is seeking a Project Manager to own the delivery of lighting projects from award through closeout for a North American manufacturer. You will drive schedules, manage risk and budgets, and serve as the central contact across clients, sales, engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning and finance.

You'll mentor Project Coordinators and help scale operations while coordinating with third-party vendors and on-site teams. Occasional travel is required.

Formación

• 5+ years delivering end-to-end lighting/construction projects.

Fast-growing North American manufacturer of high-performance, energy-efficient LED lighting for commercial and industrial projects, distributed through a strong partner network across the continent.

Impacto Talent is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing North American manufacturer of commercial and industrial LED lighting, sold through a distributor network across the continent.

You'll own the delivery of lighting projects from award through closeout - driving the schedule, managing risk and budget, and acting as the central point of contact across clients, sales, engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning and finance. You'll also mentor the Project Coordinators and help the operation scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the end-to-end project schedule: anticipate issues, prioritize and coordinate across sales, lighting design, estimating, procurement, installation, commissioning and finance
• Be the central point of contact for clients, internal departments and management, and lead kickoff, progress, closeout and postmortem meetings
• Build and maintain project timelines, and proactively manage and mitigate project risk
• Review contracts, proposals, RFPs and specifications, and ensure delivery meets contractual obligations
• Oversee purchase orders, change requests and change order logs alongside Procurement and the Project Coordinators
• Coordinate custom shop drawings and photometric reports with engineering, plus third-party vendors and on-site commissioning
• Track material arrival on site and drive timely resolution of installation issues (defective product, missing fixtures, sub-par installation)
• Maintain project budgets, reconcile and investigate variances, and provide accounting with what's needed for invoicing and sign-offs
• Mentor Project Coordinators and improve SOPs, templates and workflows as the company scales
• Occasional travel to job sites, clients and vendors (approx. 1% of the time, occasionally with overnight stays)
  

Requisitos:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years managing projects end to end (lighting, construction or manufacturing preferred)
• Proven track record running multiple concurrent projects, schedules and budgets
• Strong contract literacy - comfortable with proposals, RFPs, specifications and change orders
• Advanced English, written and spoken; French is a plus
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com or similar) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Organized, analytical and proactive - a confident communicator who can hold the line with clients and vendors while keeping relationships strong
