Siemens Energy is seeking a Project Manager to lead service projects across the Latin America region, coordinating with cross-functional and international teams to meet timelines, budgets, and client expectations. You will monitor performance, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain strong stakeholder communication to ensure successful execution, while upholding EH&S and quality standards.

• 3+ years of experience in industrial or service project management.
• Experience with equipment lifecycle from acquisition to delivery.
• Proficient in MS Project or Primavera for scheduling.
• Advanced English communication and strong stakeholder skills.

• Lead and manage a portfolio of service projects across LATAM.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
• Maintain relationships with project managers and stakeholders across LATAM.

• Propose technical and commercial solutions aligned with customer requirements.

You will also monitor project performance, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

• Lead and manage a portfolio of service projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with project managers and stakeholders across LATAM.
• Analyze project costs, timelines, and performance to maximize business profitability.
• Propose technical and commercial solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality standards while driving continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing industrial or service-related projects.
• Experience in equipment lifecycle (acquisition, assembly, testing, and delivery).
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (MS Project/Primavera).
• Advanced communication skills in English;
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
