Formación

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic ad operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM).
  • Familiarity with header bidding, prebid.js, and programmatic tag implementation.

Descripción del empleo

We’re looking for a skilled and driven Programmatic Operations Specialist to support our monetization efforts across key LATAM assets. This role will focus on managing programmatic advertising through platforms like Google Ad Manager and various SSPs, while also supporting strategic partnerships to maximize yield and revenue. This role will report directly into the regional Head of Yield & Inventory Management.

Key Responsibilities

● Analyze revenue trends, fill rates, and CPMs to provide actionable insights and reports

● Execute implementation of new SSP and or demand partners

● Monitor discrepancies between SSPs, AdServer, Reporting Tool

● Optimization of Ads.txt files

● Maintain platform hygiene and ensure accurate setup and trafficking

● Assist with onboarding and supporting programmatic partners across the region

● Gather relevant revenue reports from demand partners for the internal finance team


Requirements:

● 2+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic ad operations

● Strong knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM)

● Familiarity with header bidding, prebid.js, and programmatic tag implementation

● Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Nice to Have:

● Experience with TAM, Prebid Server, or wrapper solutions
