Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking a Program Coordinator based in Buenos Aires to grow the Argentinian market and our community of global families participating in the au pair program.

You will report to the Country Product Manager, build strong relationships with families and au pairs, and collaborate with teams in the USA and Zurich to deliver an outstanding experience, all while hitting targets and delivering on ambitious growth plans.

Formación

• 1+ years in a client-facing, results-driven role with demonstrated ability to meet targets.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; international exposure is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency is required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience living abroad preferred (at least 6 months).

• Grow the Argentinian market with ownership of approval goals.

Cultural Care Au Pair is looking for a Program Coordinator based in our Buenos Aires office to grow the Argentinian market and grow our community of global families that change the world through the au pair program.

Our cultural exchange program builds global families by bringing together au pairs with American host families, providing meaningful childcare for families, an unforgettable year in the U.S.A. for au pairs, and a culturally enriching experience for both parties.

In this role, you will report to the Country Product Manager. We are searching for someone who is passionate about cultural exchange, displays a great deal of responsibility and autonomy, is highly results-driven, and has excellent communication skills, both in-person and on the phone.

What you will do:

• Grow the Argentinian market, taking ownership of your approval goal, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified au pairs throughout the year




• Recruit, screen, and coach potential au pairs while providing excellent customer service




• Work together with our local au pair community to help achieve goals




• Collaborate with colleagues in the USA and headquarters in Zurich to provide an excellent experience for each au pair

• You are passionate about cultural exchange and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets




• You love connecting with people over the phone and in-person to understand their needs so that you can successfully pitch our program




• You are a team player who brings a positive attitude and "nothing is impossible" spirit to the team




• You have an entrepreneurial spirit, taking ownership of your ideas and making them happen




• You have good time management skills that allow you to handle multiple priorities while paying attention to the details and delivering on your goals

Professional Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree




• 1+ years of experience in a client-facing, results-driven role with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets




• At least 6 months of experience living abroad, preferred




• Proven capability building relationships and engaging customers both by phone and in-person




• Full proficiency in both Spanish and English




• Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills
