Education First in Buenos Aires is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to own local social media, events, and ambassador initiatives, driving awareness for Cultural Care Au Pair in Argentina.

You will collaborate with our central team in Zurich, manage campaigns, and help generate leads for the sales teams, while showcasing bilingual Spanish/English communication and a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit.

We are looking for a part-time creative and results-oriented Marketing Coordinator to increase awareness of our Cultural Care Au Pair program in Argentina.

At Cultural Care, we build global families by bringing together international visitors with American host families—providing meaningful childcaresupportfor families, an unforgettable year in America for au pairs, and a culturally enriching experience for both parties.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll join an ambitious, dynamic team in our Buenos Aires office that's enthusiastic about cultural exchange.

What you’ll do:

• Have ownership of our local social media channels: Strategic planning and implementation, content management, performance monitoring, goal setting and achievement
• Attend in-person events at schools, universities, fairs, career centers, and similar local institutions across Argentina to increase brand awareness and drive leads for our sales teams.
• Work closely with our central marketing team in Zurich to coordinate campaigns, marketing projects, and events
• Manage our ambassador program to drive local activities and generate referrals

• Social media is your thing – You are familiar with the latest trends and hacks to increase engagement and awareness in the target group
• You love discovering the latest industry trends and seize opportunities that enable the company to grow
• You are organized, able to prioritize, and have a good eye for design and detail
• You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, like to develop new ideas, and work independently and in a goal-oriented manner
• You can think creatively and strategically and have a “nothing is impossible” attitude
• Verbal and written communication is one of your strengths
• You have relevant work experience in marketing and can demonstrate success

Professional Requirements:

• Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills
• 1+ years of marketing and/or direct sales experience
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• At least 6 months of experience living abroad, preferred
• Full proficiency in Spanish and English
