ARQ is seeking a Product Owner to own ARQ's operating system: KPI platform, employee directory, and back-office tools. You’ll work with founders, engineers, and department leads to design and scale internal platforms end-to-end.

You’ll own strategy, roadmap, and execution, drive adoption, and partner with back-office engineers on schema and architecture to handle growth across the org.

Formación

• 2–5 years of product or software leadership experience.
• Founder’s mindset with hands-on, build-from-scratch capability.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written communicator with founders and stakeholders.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Owning the product strategy, roadmap, and execution end-to-end.
• Shipping the company-wide KPI platform used by leadership and teams.
• Building the employee directory: profiles, org chart, KPI attribution, HR integration.
• Driving department leads to define, commit to, and report KPIs.
• Partnering with back-office engineering on schema and architecture decisions.
• Tracking adoption and iterating based on feedback.
