Globant is seeking a Senior-Level Product Manager in Argentina to drive product strategy and lead cross-functional teams in delivering innovative digital solutions. The role emphasizes autonomy, creativity, and the ability to adapt to consumers’ personalized expectations in a fast-paced tech landscape.

Ideal candidates bring extensive product management experience, familiarity with design thinking and agile methodologies, and certifications such as CSPO/CSM.

• Experience as Scrum Master (CSM is a plus!)

• Experience in product management, product manager, implementation experience or consulting for digital products or technology.
• Experience in design thinking, lean startup, or at least product development frameworks.
• Experience in agile projects.
• Experience delivering software or services in large organizations.
• Experience as Product Owner (CSPO is a plus!).
• Experience as Scrum Master (CSM is a plus!).
