What you will do

1. Develop and communicate product vision and roadmap with a focus on automated lead gen solutions (APIs);
2. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment of development efforts with business objectives;
3. Oversee a full product lifecycle - from Ideation, Discovery, Validation, and Delivery to Post-Release Analysis;
4. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature requirements based on a deep understanding of the business need;
5. Mitigate roadblocks to maintain product velocity;
6. Proactively audit the implication of the product by the regional brand teams, provide product adoption support;
7. Stay accountable for the continued operational integrity of the product;
8. Create and maintain internal and external product documentation;
9. Collaborate closely and build strong partnerships with Engineering, Analytics & Insights, Product Marketing, and Brand Experience teams;
10. Foster efficient communication and cooperation with the company's external partners (media agencies, media platforms representatives, sampling partners);
11. Drive continuous improvement and innovation, leverage industry best practices and emerging technologies to help scale the product.

Must haves

1. 4+ years of experience in product management roles;
2. Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation, preferably within the beauty or wellness industry;
3. Strong knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools;
4. Proficiency in using social media platforms and search engines for lead generation;
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
6. Successful track record with agile methodologies and iterative development processes;
7. A strong understanding of how to set OKRs/KPIs and track toward achieving specific metrics;
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
9. Proficient in Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Microsoft 365, and Miro;
10. Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to haves

1. Understanding of eCommerce products, platforms, and technologies;
2. Experience working with distributed agile teams;
3. Experience with lead ads and custom integrations via Webhooks;
4. Experience with Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Business Center, Google Ads;
5. Familiarity with DataDog and Looker dashboards;
6. Agile Certifications.
